ZAKAFEST is an annual folk and roots musical arts festival, founded and hosted by Fondasyon Zaka. The festival is named the patron spirit of farmers, Azaka Mede fondly known as "Zaka." ZAKAFEST is a family-friendly experience showcasing the various expressions of Haitian folk and roots culture. The celebration features musical performances, educational workshops, and wellness activities.
